Privacy Policy

Effective October 13, 2026

This policy explains what information Signalry ("Signalry", "we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website (signalry.net) and the Signalry service we provide to businesses ("customers").

1. Two roles

  • Our website and sales contacts. When you visit signalry.net or ask for a demo, we decide how your information is used.
  • Our service. When a customer sends their store's events through Signalry, the customer decides what data is sent and where it goes. We process that data only on the customer's instructions. If you are a shopper and want to exercise your rights, contact the store you bought from; we will help them respond.

2. What we collect on this website

  • Demo requests: your name, work email, store URL and whether you are a store or an agency.
  • Security checks: Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is sent by a person. It processes technical signals such as your IP address and browser data to stop spam.
  • Language preference: if you choose a language with the ES/EN button, your browser remembers it locally. We do not use advertising cookies on this website.
  • Server logs: our hosting provider keeps standard logs (IP address, date, page requested) for security and reliability.

3. What the service processes for customers

Depending on how a customer configures Signalry, the service may process order and event data (for example order number, value, currency and products), identifiers such as email, phone, click IDs and browser cookies (for example _fbp or gclid), and technical data such as IP address and user agent.

  • Email addresses and phone numbers are hashed with SHA-256 before they are sent to advertising platforms.
  • Only the properties a customer declares for an event are sent to each destination.
  • Data classified as health information (PHI) is never sent to advertising platforms. See our Healthcare & HIPAA page.

4. How we use information

  • To answer demo requests and talk with you about Signalry.
  • To provide, secure, maintain and support the service.
  • To prevent fraud, abuse and spam.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use customer data to build our own advertising profiles.

5. Who we share it with

We use service providers that process data on our behalf, under contracts that limit their use of it:

  • Cloudflare: website hosting, DNS, security and email routing.
  • Resend: delivery of the emails generated by our contact form.
  • Cloud infrastructure providers that host the Signalry service.

When a customer connects a destination (for example Meta, Google, TikTok or Klaviyo), Signalry sends that customer's data to that destination on the customer's instructions. Each destination handles the data under its own terms and privacy policy. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

6. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

7. How long we keep it

We keep demo request information while we are in contact with you and for up to 24 months after our last interaction, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. We keep service data for as long as the customer's agreement requires, and then delete it.

8. Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest for platform credentials, isolation of each customer's data, access controls and audit logs. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect the information we handle.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under Peru's Law 29733, the GDPR in Europe or state laws in the United States), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the use of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, write to info@signalry.net. We will answer within the time the law requires.

10. Children

Signalry is a service for businesses. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

11. Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with a new effective date. If the changes are significant, we will tell customers in advance.
