Terms of Service

Effective October 13, 2026

These terms govern the use of signalry.net and of the Signalry service. By using them, you accept these terms. If you use Signalry on behalf of a company, you accept them on its behalf. A signed order form or agreement with Signalry prevails over these terms where they differ.

1. The service

Signalry receives events from your store or website (for example purchases, refunds and sign-ups), deduplicates them and delivers them to the destinations you connect, such as advertising, analytics and messaging platforms. We may improve or change features over time. Features marked as beta or offered in a pilot are provided as they are and may change.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials and API keys secure, and for the activity of the people you invite. Tell us right away at info@signalry.net if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Your responsibilities with data

  • You decide what data you send to Signalry and to which destinations it goes.
  • You must have a valid legal basis, notices and consents (including cookie consent where required) for the data you send.
  • You must follow the terms of each platform you connect (for example Meta, Google or TikTok), including their rules on sensitive data.
  • Do not send health information, financial account numbers or other sensitive categories to advertising platforms. If you operate in healthcare, read our Healthcare & HIPAA page and contact us before sending any protected health information.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Signalry to break the law, to send data you have no right to send, to send spam or malware, to try to access other customers' data, to overload or attack the service, or to reverse engineer it except where the law allows.

5. Fees

Fees, plans and billing terms are those agreed in your order or plan. Pilot programs may be free or discounted for the period stated when you join. Unless stated otherwise, fees do not include taxes.

6. Your data and our property

Your data remains yours. You give us permission to process it only to provide, secure and support the service. Signalry, its software, design and brand belong to us. If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve the service without any obligation to you.

7. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's non-public information with reasonable care and use it only for the purposes of this relationship.

8. Third-party platforms

Destinations are operated by third parties. We are not responsible for their availability, policies, attribution models or changes to their APIs, although we work to keep integrations up to date.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific advertising results.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Signalry at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously breached, if required by law, or to protect the service or other customers. After termination, we will delete your data within a reasonable period unless the law requires us to keep it.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We will publish the new version here with a new effective date and, if the changes are significant, notify customers in advance. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
